  • according to google Westwood is at least part owner of Crossland Studio Hotels, recently purchased from Extended Stay Hotels in Sept 2015. I have to wonder why they would want to buy a run down property such as this.

My wife and I had a reservation at their nw Houston property about ten days ago. We paid in advance, then found out that it was a dump. Read the reviews of others for yourself. I am only seconding what they have to say.

They assigned us two different rooms on two different floors which we drove around to and hoped to find cool nice place to rest after our 5 hour drive to a birthday party. What we got was two unmade rooms, and not just unmade, but stench, wet sheets in the sink, nasty place, unfit for humans.

We got our money back. My wife asked them for a comp at another Crossland hotel. They refused. I made a complaint by email. They promised a contact to discuss. guess what. no contact.
I have stayed at other Westmont Hotels and found them to be excellent. Why tarnish your brand with acquisition of such ugly and unfriendly properties as Crossland NW Houston?
