Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the company's Baa2 senior unsecured ratings and the (P)Baa2 senior unsecured MTN programme rating.The rating action follows Vivendi's announcement on 13 February [1] that it is considering a distribution of 60% of Universal Music Group's ("UMG") share capital to Vivendi's shareholders and its listing before the end of 2021.
