Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide current income consistent with preservation of capital. The fund seeks to identify relative value opportunities between these sectors of the fixed-income market. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets in bonds with limited-term maturities. Investment-grade debt securities include bonds rated BBB- or higher by S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global, Inc. (S&P), or comparably rated by another nationally recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO) or, if unrated, determined by the manager to be of comparable quality.
