New York, October 18, 2019 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has completed a periodic review of the ratings of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. and other ratings that are associated with the same analytical unit. The review was conducted through a portfolio review in which Moody's reassessed the appropriateness of the ratings in the context of the relevant principal methodology(ies), recent developments, and a comparison of the financial and operating profile to similarly rated peers.

In related rating actions, Moody's assigned a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-1, a Ba1 rating to its proposed $1.05 billion senior secured bank credit facility, and a B1 to the $350 million senior unsecured notes due 2027. Proceeds from the bank credit facility, notes and about $256 million in cash raised from a secondary issuance of common equity will be used to pay down existing bank debt originally used for the acquisition of Infiltrator Water Technologies LLC (Infiltrator).
