    Meet the new Pulitzer Prize-winning Knight Chair at ASU

    Sarah Cohen, the award-winning data editor of the New York Times, will join Arizona State University in her new role as Knight Chair. The Knight Chair at ASU, which is an endowed professorship dedicated to advancing data journalism worldwide, was created in 1996 through a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, a philanthropic supporter of journalism education. Cohen will be the second Knight Chair at ASU and is assuming the role previously held by Steve Doig, who will continue to be involved with ASU part time.
