    Xcel Energy plans to seek new bids for a large solar and battery storage project in Adams County after a contractor couldn’t make good on what it proposed. It’s the third project by Coronal Energy that Xcel chose in competitive bidding last year that Xcel now wants to rebid because negotiations with Pasadena, California-based Coronal failed and the project couldn’t proceed on the terms originally laid out.
