How did you like that quarterly earnings report? The report coming out on a Friday afternoon tells the full story! In my 50 plus years on this earth I’ve never seen an earnings report on a Friday afternoon.

Another amazing performance this quarter (Q1/2022 ). Sales last year $12.5 million. Sales this year $5.6 million. Loss last year $13 million. Loss this year $5.6 million. Ray should be proud that the loss is cut in half.

Sales are 20% down from Q1'21. This company gets an award for selective spin while the business shrinks.

Can't even see the logo on bubba this weekend. Maybe the new guy can address that since Marty seems capable
More money for Marty to pay C listers to pretend to like him. In the ARC of a year he went from dumping his shares on innocent shareholders to issuing more. And he calls himself a venture capitalist.

Let's see, 2 announcements, 2 capital raises with no discernable use for cash. Coincides with the quarter close, yet sumichrast continues to ring the register. His insider sale was the beginning of the downwards spiral, and a 75% market cap devaluation. You already know that 5/10 call is going to be atrocious.

CVSI also exploded upward today on no news. There may be an announcement coming that will positively affect the whole CBD sector.

I don't like what I see in the financial statements -- falling quarterly revenues, falling gross margins and large operating losses. CBD delivers vague benefits ao consumers facing inflation so aren't buying unnecessary wellness supplements. I doubt this will suddenly change.
The product portfolio is worth more than the market cap of the company. The freeze is an absolute rock star and what I consider to be the flagship product. That's not what's wrong at all, they are pivoting to make things retail ready and shelf presentable. This nonsense of slinging products at head shops has got to end, once it does cbdmd becomes a household name. But to private equity or cpg that share price and market cap is essentially meaningless.

Does this company even have anyone in an executive sales position? They want to keep fattening up the cow but never take it to market. Legislation moves this stock, nothing else. Medterra products are everywhere. Our 6000 storefronts hasn't expanded in years.
