(ZF) announced today that its tender offer for 1,133,020.45 of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, representing approximately 5 percent of its outstanding shares, expired at 11:59 p.m., New York time, on June 23, 2017. The purchase price of properly tendered shares is 98 percent of the net asset value per share determined as of the close of the regular trading session of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on June 23, 2017, which is equal to $13.1908 per share.
