Rhonda.... two conflicting newswire releases of July 2nd.....one states distribution will be .113 for the date of record for July 2019....the second states a distribution of .361 for date of record for July 2019.....neither release indicates time of release. Reread several times, this investor must have missed important data?

Allianz in their proxy voting booklet show ztr run by Virtus is leaving the usa fund business and has sold most of the closed end funds to vitrus, who owns ztr. Allianz is asking us ncv/ ncz ownerS to vote either for a sub advisory position and keep ztr the maIN ADVISOR OR VOTE AGAINST THE PROPOSAL . I AM VOTING AGAINST IT and I HAVE NO IMFORMATION IF ZTR WILL KEEP NCv OR NCZ AN INCOME FUND. ALTHOUGH ZTR IS A CLOSED END FUN PAYING .08 A SHARE MONTHLY. I OWNED IT FOR A YEAR. I(T IS MORE VOLITALE THAN NCV/NCZ. MORE IMFORMATION IS WELCOME REGARDING VITRUS/ZTR RUNNING our ncv and ncz funds.

Keep in mind that "ZF" was folded into ZTR and ZF responds to "UP" markets. ZTR is up in MktPrc by $1.05 in the last two trading days. Appears a lot of income investors are remembering the ZF bull run in up markets and the great income it generated. Long term hold....
    Bullish

    Good Morning....
Seeking Alpha had a very good article on both ZF/ZTR and recommended that ZTR be sold and ZF be bought instead with the combination of ZF and ZTR becoming one CEF in November. Looking at my numb3rs, I strongly concur with that recommendation [single opinion of course]....
ZF has a report card grade of 87 while ZTR has 63. ZF has a Rf [risk factor] for inclusion into our portfolio's of +0.417 while ZTR only has +0.060. Looking at current analysis scoring [300/400 requirements], ZF has 283/361 while ZTR has 209/267 (failing).....
Suggest and recommend that current ZTR holders perform their own individual analysis [to their goals and objectives] and come to their own conclusions....

Disclosure: Some of us currently hold a full "allowable" position in our portfolio's of ZF. We have not held any ZTR in our portfolio's because of previous and current analysis....

One single opinion of the many I am sure....

    Have a "GREAT" week....
    Live Long and Prosper....
    Best Regards/Eddie....
