With the third quarter officially over, Thomas Byrne of Wealth Strategies & Management is out with his fourth quarter outlook. Byrne writes: I expect the Fed to hike once more by 25 basis points at the December FOMC meeting. This would put the Fed Funds Rate in a range of 1.25% to 1.50%.

Effective immediately, the Fund no longer will accept creation orders.
