At the Annual Meeting, shareholders of the Fund voted (i) to re-elect John Sievwright as a Class I Trustee to the Board of Trustees and (ii) against a shareholder proposal that the Board take the necessary steps to declassify the Board of Trustees of the Fund so that all Trustees are elected on an annual basis.
