Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Announces Purchase Orders for Four Nano Reactor Systems in North America

CHATSWORTH, CA, May 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: CVAT) (BERLIN: WTC) announced that the Company has completed four sales agreements of the Company’s patented Nano Reactor® systems at vegetable oil refineries in North America. The purchase orders come from previous customers and the Company anticipates receiving an aggregate revenue of approximately $730,000 for the systems. The Nano Reactor® systems are expected to be shipped this fiscal quarter and generating a total revenue of approximately $1.4 million in the Company’s fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, also making it a profitable closing year. Three of the systems are traditional high-pressure reactors while the fourth system is a newly developed low-pressure reactor. Neil Voloshin, CFO/COO, commented, “We’re starting to witness a recovery in the vegetable oil refining industry. The pandemic led to restrictive containment measures involving social distancing, remote working, and the closure of commercial activities that resulted in operational challenges and restructuring for our customers. Both domestically and abroad, vegetable oil production rates in 2020 were lowered and this trend continued into early 2021. However, a strong domestic recovery from the pandemic has increased demand for our systems in North America. Internationally, there is good news as well as the global oilseed farming market is expected to grow from $370 billion in 2020 to over $391 billion in 2021, marking a compound annual growth rate of 5.8%. The market is expected to reach $519.28 billion in 2025 at a CAGR of 7%.” About Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Founded in 2007, the company designs and manufactures innovative flow-through devices and systems, as well as develops processing technologies for use in edible oil refining, renewable fuel production, water treatment, and alcoholic beverage enhancement. Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Signs a Pilot Test Agreement with Island Breeze Farms

Chatsworth, CA, April 07, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: CVAT) (BERLIN: WTC) has signed a pilot test agreement with Island Breeze Farms. The agreement is meant to evaluate CVAT’s technology and the growth of healthier cannabis plants with increased crop yields. Island Breeze Farms is a Licensed Cannabis grower in Southern California, operating a 130,000 square foot greenhouse facility. CVAT’s technology and nanotech water system substantially increases the amount of molecular oxygen in water. As cannabis plant roots absorb the molecular oxygen, Nano bubbles continue to replace lost oxygen, resulting in a stable elevated level of oxygen. This stable elevated level of oxygen produces a cleaner and more efficient method of irrigation, resulting in healthier plants with increased crop yield. Additionally, cavitation processed water will create a healthy soil environment without bacteria and fungi. Roman Gordon, Global Technology Manager, commented, “This pilot test agreement is a huge opportunity for our Company as our technology may have substantial commercial value in the cannabis industry. The global cannabis cultivation market size is estimated to surpass $123.9 billion this year and domestically, U.S. farmers have been licensed to grow 511,442 acres of cannabis — a 455 percent increase over 2018 levels. In California alone there have been over 5,800 State growers’ licenses issued. By utilizing our nanotech water system cannabis growers will have cleaner feed water and should expect to see healthier plants and increased yields in their crops.” About Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Has Developed a Chemical Free Produced Water Treatment Process

Chatsworth, CA, March 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: CVAT) (BERLIN: WTC) announced that the Company has developed a chemical free produced water treatment three step patented process. High-throughput cavitation and electrocoagulation apparatus, Patent #: 8673129. Variable flow-through cavitation device, Patent #: 10507442. Produced water in oil and gas industry is viewed as a heterogeneous mixture of dissolved solids, salinity, suspended solids, iron sulfide, and grease, which frequently requires the use of dangerous chemicals to precipitate dissolved contaminants. The Company has developed chemical free technologies and processes that treat produced water in oil and gas industry, while focusing on mitigating the environmental impact and reducing operating expenses for the end user. CHEMICAL FREE – THREE STEP WATER TREATMENT PROCESS STEP 1. Cavitation/Advanced Oxidation – The shockwave released by many bubbles continuously collapsing. These forces can cause multiple chemical reactions, one of which is the dissociation of water into hydrogen and hydroxyl radicals. Hydroxyl radicals are powerful oxidizers and can be used to destroy organic constituents such as hydrocarbons. During supercritical cavitation in the water organic phases become completely soluble; oxygen is completely soluble and behaves as a strong oxidizer; and inorganic constituents become largely insoluble. STEP 2. Water Electrolysis Technology – Electrooxidation (EOx) Disinfection of water by direct electrolysis is a kind of oxidative treatment of water where oxidizers are made from the water itself and are not introduced from the outside. The effectiveness of water disinfection by direct electrolysis is several times higher compared to chemical methods. STEP 3. Electrocoagulation – High pollutant removal yield from treated waters achieved by using electrocoagulation method without adding any chemical coagulant or flocculants, thus reducing the amount of sludge. The most common inorganic water pollutants are heavy metals, nitrates, sulfates, phosphates, fluorides and chlorides. Cavitation Technologies’ three steps process is a new and unique Chemical Free environmentally safe process. About Cavitation Technologies, Inc.
