Industrial company Ingersoll-Rand PLC said Tuesday it has named Christopher Kuehn as its chief financial officer, effective next year, replacing Susan Carter, who is retiring. Kuehn is vice president and chief accounting officer at the Dublin-based company, which he joined in 2015. The executive has done stints at Whirlpool Corp. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shares were not active premarket, but have gained 44% in 2019, while the S&P 500 has gained 25%.
