  • Is it time to make a move on LXP? Ive been struggling with this stock lately. Some of my other trades have been from awe-SOME-stock-s which are working out pretty well.
  • Overall I think we will see upside for LXP in the short-term. Perhaps a pullback next day or so could occur I suppose but are yall also seeing a further leg higher? Do you guys find it difficult to know when to buy or sell something? I prefer to get my stocks from AWEsome-Stocks-s.

  • Annual Meeting--last chance to vote. If you are a shareholder and have not done so, I urge you to vote on the matters coming before the meeting. Our directors have not earned our support and I recommend abstaining from supporting them and voting against the compensation programs.
  • So Q1 FFO has fallen from 0.29 to 0.21 per share in a year. Most companies try to grow their business--not sell it off incrementally. It would be interesting to know how many more properties, generating how much in income they plan to sell. There seems to be a hidden plan that is most definitely not in the interest of the shareholders.
  • Again, if it closes below 10 it's a sell all the way down to 8.50
  • The Proxy is out. Will got a 100% increase in total compensation in 2015 and another 6% in 2016 while we got an increase in our dividend of LESS than 1% in each of the last two years. So tell me how his (or the other managers') compensation is so aligned with the shareholders' interest?????
  • Closing below 10 is not good, not good at all. It must close about that level today or it's going much lower! There is tremendous overhead supply in this stock (seller wanting out). With the FED coming out and saying they may raise rates 4 times this year is a big, big negative for these high yield stocks that investors reached for and bought for yield only! Fundamentals 2 to 4 years out are terrible!
  • The target is set and it's not what you may be expecting. Now its two targets for LXP thanks to a neutral performance % (month) of -8.40%. Up or down; it will be interesting for sure. Not sure how awe-someSTOCKS finds all these incredible trade ideas but im happy.
  • The company is floundering--without direction. They don't seem to have any long term plan beyond selling what they call non-core (but profitable) assets with nothing in the portfolio replace them. Flat to declining revenue and FFO yiels no increase in our dividends. Management deserves to be compensated with nothing beyond a base salary until it proves it has a plan to increase revenues and FFO and then performs.
  • If LXP does closes below 10 today, it will be extremely negative and will likely go to 8.5 pretty quick. Watching 10 closely at the close.
  • LXP is going to test the $10 level in the next few days! I think the interest rate play is over for a few months.
  • A neutral dividend of 0.70 means that things will be up in the air for LXP. Past setups of this nature have produced both pullbacks and near-term upswings. I started receiving notifications from awesom-eSTOCKS the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.

  • Market unimpressed with a modest report. We get a 3% dividend increase in two long years--I wonder what the mgt. team thinks they should receive in their compensation packages next year. I'll bet it's more than 1.5%. I guess the best that can be said is that its dividend yield is greater than most other REITs. Not much consolation for a stock that is down by a third in just over 3 years and trading where it was 4 ago.
  • Guidance down for next year. NYC props generated a 3% annual return. Not so good. Really no room to raise the dividend. No growth REIT. Should be selling at $8.
  • Stock still busted with failed break out of 10. Going back down to 8.42 along with bond market crash.

  • Sold NYC real estate at greater than expected price and lost $65MM on the sale. Great return for holding on to it for 10 years. These guys have no judgement and will continue to make mistakes. There timing is horrible. They own old properties that have locked in 14 year leases and will get crushed when interest rates rise. I hate this company.
  • unlikely to drop that far, but if it does, it will another great buying opportunity for us and for the still authorized share repurchase program. Looks like the last of the debt to common conversions has been done at $15/share. Painful, but it had to be done and now behind us. With the sale of the ground leased land in NYC, they have a lot of liquidity. Hopefully it will get used more intelligently than what they did 8 years ago when they repurchased shares at twice the current price and 8 times what the turned around and sold stock for less than 2 years later.
