A prominent Tampa real estate and banking attorney who was recently arrested on insider trading charges has been released on bail and his lawyer says he will fight the allegations. Walter “Chet” Little, a former partner at Foley & Lardner LLP who last year went over to the Tampa office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, was arrested and charged with allegedly using material, non-public information that allowed him and a friend, Andrew M. Berke, to make $1 million in illicit profits. “We will be pleading not guilty and contesting the charges,” said Little’s lawyer, Todd Foster, who is based in Tampa.
