("Mainstreet" or the "Corporation") (MEQ.TO) today announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has accepted its notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid to purchase outstanding common shares of the Corporation ("Shares") on the open market in accordance with the rules of the TSX. ("Mainstreet" or the "Corporation") (MEQ.TO) announces that filing of the Company's interim financial statements for the six month period ended March 31, 2020 ("Q2 Financial Statements") and associated management's discussion and analysis ("Q2 MD&A", and collectively with the Q2 Financial Statements, the "Q2 Filings") will be postponed due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
