    Mikros Announces Third Quarter Financial Results

    Mikros Systems Corporation (MKRS), an advanced technology company specializing in electronic systems technology for advanced maintenance in military, industrial and commercial applications, today announced financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018. Revenues for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018 were $1,893,945 and $6,662,716, respectively, compared to $1,551,620 and $5,047,456 for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2018, respectively, an increase of $342,325, or 22% for the third quarter, and an increase of $1,579,260, or 31% year-to date.  The increases were due primarily to increased production of ADEPT® Units and additional engineering, calibration and support services.

    PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mikros Systems Corporation (MKRS), an advanced technology company specializing in electronic systems technology for advanced maintenance in military, industrial and commercial applications, announced today that it has received additional funding of $1.6 million to provide engineering, technical and logistics support for its ADEPT® (Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Testset) maintenance workstation product.   Year-to-date, Mikros Systems has received over $3.9 million in U.S. Navy funding to support production, engineering and technical support of the ADEPT product line.     Mikros Receives Additional Funding for Condition-Based Maintenance on the U.S. Navy's MK 99 Fire Control System

    PRINCETON, N.J., July 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mikros Systems Corporation (MKRS), an advanced technology company specializing in electronic systems technology for advanced maintenance in military, industrial and commercial applications, announced today that it has received a follow-on $2.5 million contract from the U.S. Navy to continue to develop its Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) systems for the Navy's MK 99 Fire Control System (FCS). Mikros is developing a new variant of its ADSSS system, an advanced network-based remote monitoring and maintenance system which collects performance data in real-time and uses it to detect and predict failures.   The ADSSS system, which recently received official Navy nomenclature as the AN/SYM-3, is currently used on the Navy's Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) to monitor two other radars and combat system elements.  The new variant of the SYM-3, which will monitor the Director in the MK 99 system, has been in development since 2017.  The new contract award covers continued development, at-sea testing, and validation of the system.  Under this contract, Mikros' CBM technology will be used for the first time in the Navy's Aegis surface combatant fleet of destroyers and cruisers.
