    Serengeti Resources Outlines Drill Targets at Atty Gold Copper Project, North-Central British Columbia

    FYL: TSX-V) and lies immediately north and adjacent to Centerra Gold’s Kemess Underground and Kemess East deposits.     Serengeti Acquires NSR Royalties on Thor Marmot and Deer Lake Copper-Gold Properties in British Columbia

    Serengeti Resources Inc. (SIR:TSX-V) ("Serengeti" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalties of 0.75 % on each of the Thor Marmot and Deer Lake Properties located in the Kemess District and Kamloops Mining districts, respectively  of British Columbia from Electrum Resource Corporation (“Electrum”). Thor Marmot hosts several porphyry copper-gold prospects on a large property located immediately south of the Kemess Mine property now owned by Centerra Gold.  Deer Lake covers numerous gold-copper skarn/porphyry occurrences with prior near surface drill intercepts including 0.99g/t Au over 14 meters.  In addition to the NSR’s, Serengeti also acquired a right of first refusal (ROFR) on any disposition of the properties by Electrum during a period of five years.

    Kwanika Copper Corporation Completes Drilling Program at Kwanika Copper Gold Project, North-Central British Columbia

(SIR:TSX-V) ("Serengeti" or "the Company") is pleased to report that Kwanika Copper Corporation (“KCC”), a private company jointly-owned by Serengeti Resources (65%) and POSCO DAEWOO Corporation (“PDC” 35%), has completed the diamond and geotechnical drilling campaign at the Kwanika Copper Gold Project in support of the on-going Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”). Kwanika Copper Corporation completed a total of 7,411 metres in twenty-one holes to support detailed mine design and resource upgrade drilling program at the Kwanika Central Zone. In addition to the drilling program, KCC also installed four hydrology stations in West Kwanika and Kwanika Creeks to capture data on surface water flow cycles and enable early development of a site-wide water balance hydrology model.
