Tyler Technologies came to the Albany market in 2008 when it acquired Versatrans Solutions, which developed K-12 school bus routing software. Since then, its client base has more than doubled and revenues have tripled. Its Albany-area staff has grown from 60 employees to more than 130.
Paradise Valley USD was seeking a partner to provide a comprehensive ERP solution for the district, which encompasses more than 3,700 staff members and 45 schools. Tyler’s Infinite Visions solution is a comprehensive ERP solution designed specifically for K-12 districts that includes financial management, human capital management, reporting and analytics, and school-based employee functionality. Tyler Technologies, Inc. (TYL) announced today that the city of St. Petersburg, Florida, is building on the success of its Socrata®-powered StPeteStat open data portal and expanding its data program to equip 18 city departments with modern data analytics strategies to improve program performance and service delivery. St. Petersburg’s performance program currently includes 349 measures involving 12 departments, and six additional departments are slated to join the program this year. “StPeteStat is one of our many success stories,” said St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman.
Tyler Technologies Inc. (TYL) announced today that it has signed an agreement with the city of Pembroke Pines, Florida, for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP), EnerGov™ civic services, and ExecuTime™ time and attendance solutions. Currently, the city uses roughly 200 legacy software applications and manual processes to perform core business functions, including utility billing, budgeting, human resources, permitting, cashiering, work orders, and more. The software applications supporting these functions are technologically out of date and have limitations in their capabilities, leading to duplication of efforts and data across systems.

The school district will use several Versatrans modules including e-Link, Onscreen, My Stop, and Triptracker to manage its fleet of school buses. OCPS is the fourth largest school district in the state and includes 196 schools serving a student population of 69,000. OCPS underwent an extensive RFP process to evaluate vendors that would help bring efficiency in routing and product integration to the district.
The department will use the case management system to manage juvenile probation and will enable automated offender check-in for adult probation. The Alameda County Probation Department spans 13 cities and serves a population of 8,000 adult probation and 600 post-release supervision clients.

Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") downgraded CentralSquare Technologies, LLC's ("CentralSquare", formerly known as SuperMoose Borrower, LLC) Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") to Caa1 from B3, and Probability of Default rating ("PDR") to Caa1-PD from B3-PD. Moody's also downgraded the ratings on the company's first lien credit facilities to B3 from B2, as well as the ratings on CentralSquare's second lien term loan to Caa3 from Caa2. The rating downgrades are driven by CentralSquare's weaker than expected operating performance since the company was formed in September 2018, diminished liquidity, and Moody's expectations of softer than expected operating results and cash flows over the next 12 to 18 months.
Tyler Technologies Inc. and Sabre Corp. rose by more than 3 percent or more on Thursday afternoon as investors warmed to their prospects for growth. Combined, both companies have more than $15 billion in market valuation.
