UAVS' Direct Offering Is a Lesson in Reading the Fine Print

The good news for buyers is expectations appear to be so low, it matters little what a company says in its earnings release. First, a note of bravo to whoever wrote the press release on the company's direct offering today. In no way did it lack facts, but the facts were presented in such a way that many investors believed the offering price was not only 10.7% higher than the actual offering price, but it was also above market.
