Stocks rose on Wednesday morning led by tech stocks. The Bureau of Labor Statistics said that job openings rose 617,00 to 6.618 million in July. The Street had expected 6 million, according to Bloomberg. Hires fell to 5.8 million. The Dow rose 1.9%, the S&P rose 2.2%, and the Nasda
