COMPANY DESCRIPTION Southwest Gas Holdings distributes and transports natural gas in Arizona, Nevada, and California. The company has two business segments after the sale of MountainWest in November 2022. The first segment, Southwest Gas Holding Corp., provides natural gas service to over 2 million customers in Arizona, Nevada, and California. The second, Utility Infrastructure Services (Centuri), is a construction services business serving the North American utility, energy, and industrial markets. Founded in 1931, SWX is headquartered in Las Vegas.
