This pick list highlights constituents of the Morningstar US Large Cap Index that we believe offer investors the best risk-adjusted return prospects. Stocks of large-cap companies where neither growth nor value characteristics predominate. Stocks in the top 70% of the capitalization of the U.S. equity market are defined as large cap.

August was another constructive month for stock markets, as the S&P 500 has now moved higher seven months in a row and in seven out of eight months. The Nasdaq, Nasdaq 100 (QQQ), S&P 400, and Russell 2000 (IWM) also have risen six or seven out of eight months in 2021.
