RACHELLE AKUFFO: Turning now to our Chart of the Day. Americans seeing their personal finances through an increasingly gloomy lens. 36% of Americans seeing their finances stay the same. This according to a Bankrate survey taken in November. Now, there is still optimism with more Americans seeing things improve rather than turning worse.
