Amazon outlines stance on political, social issues

Amazon is getting a little more transparent with where it stands on a range of hot-button topics. The e-commerce giant debuted a public website yesterday outlining its views on political and social issues, including climate change and immigration, as well as some touchier subjects like facial recognition software and how Amazon works with law enforcement. The website's rollout followed comments from Jay Carney, Amazon's SVP of global corporate affairs, that called into question President Trump's patriotism.
