Americans to use more of tax refund to pay off debt: survey

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but February is almost over and that means you have less than two months to do your taxes. The good news is that more Americans plan to spend their tax refunds by paying down debt. That’s among the results of a new survey of what people will do with the $330 billion headed back to taxpayers this year.
