Apple will no longer sell competitors earphones, speakers

Apple stock takes a hit after the company announces it will no longer sell rivals products. Yahoo Finance's On The Move reports.

ADAM SHAPIRO: Before we check markets in the next segments, I wanted to draw your attention to Apple. Those shares right now are trading down about 2%. A couple of reports right now as we await the new iPhone 12 perhaps mid-month is that they are no longer selling Sonos or Ultimate Ears brand from Logitech or even some of the third-party speakers and ear devices. And this is having an impact perhaps as Apple is making a big push for its own Apple-branded, over-the-ear headphones as well as their HomePod smart speakers, so shares of Apple right now down about 2% We're going to have more "On the Move" for you after this.
