Century Communities, MRC Global Going Higher Says BMO Fund Manager

TheStreet

Century Communities shares are inexpensive compared to the rest of the homebuilders, said Matthew Fahey, portfolio manager at BMO Small-Cap Value Fund. Fahey added that the small-cap homebuilder is not widely followed by Wall Street analysts which is why it has not recovered after falling from its IPO price. He is also bullish on Prestige Brands, saying the company is a huge cash flow generator and is benefiting from the divestment of well-known brands from consumer staples giants. Finally, Fahey is positive on MRC Global shares because in his view the pipe distributor's stock is too cheap to ignore considering the domestic energy boom.
