Comcast to Buy Time Warner Cable, CBS Eyes Buyback

The biggest merger of the year is set to be announced Thursday morning, February 13, as Time Warner Cable has agreed to sell itself to Comcast in a deal valued at more than $45 billion, or about $159 per share.
