Crypto Lobbyist on US Bitcoin ETF Push: SEC Should Not Pick Winners and Losers

A bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) is long overdue, according to a new report from crypto lobbying group The Chamber of Digital Commerce, which faults the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for depriving investors. The Chamber of Digital Commerce founder & CEO Perianne Boring breaks down the report, saying the SEC is a "disclosure regulator, not a merit regulator," so it "should not be picking winners and losers."
