The major U.S. markets are making a big statement heading into the second half 2014. All closing with fresh highs. The Dow Jones Industrial is a whisper away from hitting the 17,000 mark. But, the big question is what it means for investors' portfolios. With interest rates expected to stay low and the global economy expanding, albeit slowly, is the stock market the only game in town? Scott Wren is a senior equity strategist at Wells Fargo Advisors and spoke with TheStreet's Susannah Lee on where he thinks the markets are headed.
