EU Wants a Rebalancing With China

Sep.30 -- Leaders in Europe are set to call for an economic rebalancing and greater reciprocity with the Chinese mainland as they look to finalize negotiations for an investment deal they hope to sign by the end of this year. Officials had been pushing Beijing to allow EU companies to compete in large sectors of the mainland economy. Bloomberg’s Derek Wallbank reports on “Bloomberg Markets: China Open.”
