Europe Buoyed By the Prospect of Continued Low Interest Rates

European markets followed New York and Asia up this morning, after both Fed Chairman Janet Yellen and Bank of England governor Mark Carney gave reassuring guidance on future interest rates. Founding family of Wm. Morrison said considering taking the U.K.'s no.4 supermarket private. Asia got a boost from better than expected Chinese trade figures.
