FEMA Stretched Very Thin Says Former Director

Aug.31 -- Former FEMA director Brock Long says the agency is stretched "very thin." The government is trying to help victims now of Hurricane Laura, one of the most powerful storms ever to hit Louisiana. It left a path of chemical fires, wrecked buildings, flooded roads and what could be more than $15 billion in insured losses, with reports of at least six people dead. Long speaks on "Balance of Power."
