'A Few' Federal Reserve Members Say Appropriate to Raise Interest Rates

A few Federal Reserve participants say it may be appropriate to raise interest rates as unemployment falls. UBS Securities Chief U.S. Economist Maury Harris tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux that despite the revelation from the latest policy-making minutes, it's more likely that the Fed won't raise interest rates until 2015.
