Fifth Avenue window displays get a holiday makeover

New York City's traditional Fifth Avenue windows got a holiday makeover this year after a number of retail giants, including Gap, Ralph Lauren and PVH-owned Tommy Hilfiger closed their flagship locations in the neighborhood.
