Fmr. H.K. Leader Leung on Electoral Revamp, Housing Shortage

Mar.30 -- Former Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying says the city's new electoral system will help the government tackle livelihood issues including a lack of housing. The reorganization of the city's legislature will reduce the proportion of directly elected seats from 50% to 22% and require future candidates to be vetted by police.
