Former IMF official says Trump doesn't have 'patience' to watch the market fall, it will impact his thinking

Trade tensions ratchet up as China announces retaliatory tariffs on $60 billion worth of U.S. goods. This comes as the USTR said they will release details of tariffs on $300 billion more Chinese imports, covering virtually all Chinese imports.
