FTC launching review of children's online privacy law

The federal trade commission has reportedly reached a settlement with Google over YouTube violating federal privacy laws for kids. Josh Golin, executive director of the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, joins Yahoo Finance's Alexis Christoforus and Brian Sozzi to break it all down.
