Fund managers praise US 'Goldilocks' economy: BAML survey

Dow 23,000! It took the blue chip index less than 11 weeks to run up 1,000 points and investors seem very optimistic about the future. 48% of fund managers now expect the economy to exhibit "Goldilocks-like" characteristics: not too hot, not too cold, just moderate economic growth.
