Markets Open Higher, Lowe's Meets Street

U.S. stocks open higher on Wall Street as retailers report results throughout the day. Lowe's posted quarterly results which met analyst forecasts. Investors will also hear from Target, Abercrombie & Fitch, JCPenney and Barnes & Noble. TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS co-portfolio manager Jim Cramer says he'd be a buyer of Netflix shares on any pullbacks as a hedge against momentum investors who continue to push shares to new highs. TheStreet's Ruben Ramirez reports from the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square.
