Global debt surged $250 trillion in the first half of 2019 - report

A new report revealing global debt surging to a record $250 trillion dollars in the first half of this year - led by the U.S. and China. The Institute International Finance finds borrowing by government, households and non-financial businesses now accounts for 240% of the world's economic growth.
