BRIAN SOZZI: All right. Before we head to break, let's put a spotlight on shares of Hilton. Shares are under pressure after posting a miss on revenue and issuing a disappointing profit forecast for the current quarter. Revenue per available room at the company, which is a closely-watched metric in the hospitality industry, is still down over 17% from pre-pandemic levels. On a positive note, though, the company has restarted stock buybacks and its dividend. It stopped both at the height of the pandemic in 2020. We'll talk more about the quarter at 11:40 with Hilton CFO Kevin Jacobs.
