Hong Kong Chief Executive Lam on Banking Industry, Economy

Jan.28 -- Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam says she would "love" to see a stronger presence from HSBC Holdings Plc in the city. Lam also weighs in on a potential capital outflow, and hits out at "arbitrary" sanctions by foreign governments. The city's leader demurred on seeking the second term when asked by Bloomberg's Haslinda Amin.
