House passes marriage equality bill
The U.S. House of Representatives passed a historic marriage equality bill, sending the bill to President Biden for final signature.

DAVE BRIGGS: All right, the House passing a historic marriage equality bill. And Respect for Marriage Act passed with a vote of 258 to 169. The bill provides federal protection for same-sex and interracial marriages and will require states to recognize other states' legal marriages. Now the bill goes to the White House for President Biden's signature.
