Weighing on the market - internet retailers like Amazon. The Supreme Court ruled states now have the right to collect potentially billions of dollars in taxes from internet sales. States will now be able to force retailers to charge local state sales tax for online purchases, even when the vendor does not have a presence in the state.

We're seeing Amazon along with Wayfair, Etsy, and Ebay all getting hit here. But - are the moves a bit overdone?
