Jim Cramer: Hillshire Brands Can Go Higher, Don't Sell the Stock

TheStreet's Jim Cramer says three weeks ago, Hillshire Brands (HSH), the maker of Jimmy Dean and Ballpark Frank products, was trading at $32 a share. Now, the company is trading at $58 a share as Pilgrim's Pride and Tyson Foods made competing bids for Hillshire. Cramer says these companies are looking at Hillshire to increase the amount of shelf space they have in supermarkets. Cramer says acquiring Hillshire can help both Tyson and Pilgrim’s move into other aisles. But, Cramer thinks Hillshire should not be sold yet because the stock can go higher. Cramer is watching Bob Evans Farm and its restaurant and sausage division, and Cramer thinks the latter is very valuable. Kraft and its Oscar Mayer division is also on Cramer's shopping list.
