TheStreet's Jim Cramer says banks and industrials are the two areas where there has been no consolidation recently and that is why both sectors are performing horrendously right now. Cramer says it makes sense because when there is no consolidation there's no ability to rationalize and take out costs. Cramer says banks are doing poorly because the big players are already too big and won't be allowed to merge. Cramer also points out that interest rates are so low that it is hard for them to make money. Cramer says a big problem with the industrials, beyond the lack of consolidation in the sector, is the uncertainty in Ukraine and Russia.
