- Juul Labs making a major settlement with more than 30 states to resolve allegations it marketed its products to underage users. The company will pay 438 and 1/2 million dollars. And Is also barred from showing people under 35 years old in its ads. But on top of this case, Juul still faces hundreds of personal lawsuits on behalf of teenagers who said they became addicted to Juul's products.
