Lebanon President Delays Talks to Name New Prime Minister for Second Time
Dec.17 -- Supporters of two main Shiite groups in Lebanon clashed with security forces for a third straight night, setting fire to cars and blocking streets. The violence came hours after President Michel Aoun postponed talks on naming a new prime minister, further prolonging the unrest and turmoil.
